The Cheese Knife, made from speciality Osage Orange, is very tough and resists dulling. This knife is paired with the northern Michigan Cheese Board because there are some folk who do not use their boards, in fear of scoring the surface. The Ultimate kitchen Tools are made to be used! The Osage Cheese Knife is custom-shaped to cut your cheese into smooth slices but not score your board.
